Delete your data
Effective September 30, 2026
You can ask us to delete your TENG AI SCHOOL account and the information connected to it at any time, including information received through “Continue with Facebook” or “Continue with Google”.
To request deletion
- Email support@tengmedia.com with the subject “Delete my TENG AI SCHOOL account”.
- Send it from the email address on your account. If you sign in with Facebook or Google and have no email on file, include the student name shown in your profile and the service you sign in with. Before deleting an account that has no email on file, we will ask you to confirm the request by signing in.
- We will delete your account and reply to confirm within 30 days.
What we delete
Your student account and name, any email address and password hash, your character, lesson progress and XP, your sign-in sessions, the links to your Google or Facebook sign-in, and the matching sign-in account held by our authentication provider (Supabase). We keep purchase records only where tax or accounting law requires it. Short-lived security logs kept by our hosting and sign-in providers expire on their own schedules.
Remove TENG AI SCHOOL from Facebook
- On Facebook, open Settings & privacy, then Settings.
- Select Apps and websites.
- Find TENG AI SCHOOL and choose Remove.
Removing the app takes away TENG AI SCHOOL’s access to your Facebook information. If you choose “Continue with Facebook” again later, Facebook will ask for your permission again. Removing the app does not delete your school account, so also send the email request above.
